Print this Checklist and Policy and have it ready for the technicians when they arrive.

surfaces only. Only under/behind small items & not
inside anything (except microwave).
____*Detailed/Thorough Cleaning * Deep cleaning.
Includes all outside surfaces and under, inside and
behind everything marked on this list.
When limited in time, a detailed cleaning may not be
completed and your satisfaction is not guaranteed.
*MOVE OUT CLEANING: We do not take responsibility if
landlords do not refund deposit.

When this clean was scheduled, we gave you an
*estimated* amount of time based on the information you
provided. Your cleaning may take more or less time
depending on the condition & your list of priorities.
WE DON*T DO: outside windows, extensive wall washing,
strip & re-wax floors, wet wash mini-blinds,
climb high ladders, turn on self-cleaning ovens,
clean up animal or human feces, blood or vomit (no litter
box). No babysitting or running errands.
EXCEPTIONALLY DIRTY CHARGE: A rate of $20
will be charged.

READ POLICIES REGARDING YOUR CLEANING:
Cancellation and Lock Out: There is a charge of $50.00 if you give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation,
a key is not left out as previously arranged, or you are not there at the time you arranged to let us in.
Complaints: If you are not satisfied with your cleaning and you agreed to additional time, you must call the office
within 48 hours of job completion so that we can promptly take care of the situation. We do not
guarantee you a satisfactory resolution if your complaint is received after that time.
Payment: We prefer cash but we do accept checks Payment is due on the day of service.
Charge: We charge Flat Rates.
Team of Two: We send a team of two(2) to do the cleaning
Estimated Time: When you called to schedule cleaning, you were given an *estimated* time. This is an
educated guess made after getting information about your cleaning. This is not a firm bid and your
cleaning may take more or less time than was estimated.
Reminder call: We call all clients 2 days before their cleaning. If you do not
receive this call or message from us please call the office the day before your cleaning.
Arrival Time: We try to be prompt, and we sometimes arrive 30 minutes before the cleaning. We sometimes run behind if we do we will give you a call to let you know an ETA
